The manual outlines the known abilities of the chosen spirit or energy and the most effective ways to work with it. This guide is meant as a foundation, not a limitation. You are encouraged to explore and use the energy creatively. Since each person’s sensitivity, energy system, and awareness differ, attunement experiences are subjective.
