Cancellation & Refunds policy

Overview

We respect our client’s time and so we demand the same…

  • The service once commenced is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of appointment, will receive a partial refund as our payment gateway may charge for refund transactions or transfer fees.
  • Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days before the appointment date will be eligible for a 40% partial refund. Less than that will not be eligible for any refunds.
  • Re-scheduling is allowed at least 24 hours before the time of appointment, subject to availability.
  • Coupons are not refundable. If you return/cancel an item purchased with a coupon, you only get refunded for the money you have actually paid for. If the sale is still ongoing we can give you a new coupon/discount code, T&C will still apply for eligibility.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by submitting a request here. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your Refund or Cancellation request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a Refund is granted, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or once we confirm the refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Marites Premium Layaway Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Cancellations and Refunds:
Marites is entitled to receive a refund if they opt to cancel their layaway. However, the refund amount will be subject to a 12% deduction, compromising a 2% cancellation fee and a 10% processing fee.

Initiation Holding Period:
This policy applies in the event that the Marites have not made any payments within a three-month period after the Marites’ last payment. If the payments are still outstanding, you have the option to receive a refund, although a 15% fee will be deducted from the total amount. It’s important to note that the deduction rate might differ depending on the circumstances, which would only be considered if the Marites provide prior notice before the three-month period elapses.
