Illuminae Client Safety & Conduct Guidelines

At Illuminae, your safety, privacy, and spiritual well-being are sacred.
These guidelines are designed to protect both clients and practitioners, ensuring that every exchange: energetic, emotional, or financial, remains grounded in respect, integrity, and light.

1. CLIENT CONDUCT & COMMUNICATION

Engage with practitioners respectfully, free of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.
Communication must remain within professional and spiritual boundaries.
Practitioners reserve the right to decline services or terminate a session if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or energetically compromised.
Any attempt to solicit personal contact or intimate relationships outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

2. SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

All services are offered for spiritual and personal enrichment purposes. They do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Practitioners will clearly describe their services, duration, pricing, and session format.
Clients are encouraged to review the Practitioner’s description carefully before booking to ensure alignment.
Results and experiences may vary based on personal energy, openness, and life circumstances.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

All client information, communications, and session notes are kept strictly confidential.
Practitioners and the Illuminae team are bound by privacy protocols in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
Sessions will never be recorded, shared, or published without explicit written consent.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payments are securely processed through Illuminae or approved gateways (PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer – PH only).
Refund requests follow the Refund & Cancellations Policy, ensuring fair treatment for both clients and practitioners.
Chargebacks or disputes filed through PayPal or other gateways are subject to those providers’ final decisions.

5. CLIENT SAFETY & SPIRITUAL ETHICS

Clients are encouraged to participate consciously; Illuminae sessions often involve energetic work, reflection, and transformation.
If you are under medical or psychological care, please consult your licensed provider before booking energy-based or metaphysical sessions.
Illuminae does not allow content or services involving harm, coercion, black magick, or manipulation of free will.
Every offering is rooted in the principles of consent, sovereignty, and divine alignment.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Should an issue arise, clients may contact support@illuminae.life
Illuminae will review communication records and transaction details to mediate fairly between client and practitioner.
Repeated abusive or fraudulent activity may result in permanent account suspension.
